-To set up effective and efficient recruitment plans and recommend qualified candidates in a timely manner to support business expansion plans. -To provide personnel administration services and support in recruitment, staffing, and employee relationship. -To control accuracy and quality of resourcing procedures including onboard, probation, promotion, contract management and exiting. -To resolve performance management and other staff issues in a professional and compliant manner. -To organize staff training and activities. -To coordinate with Line Managers/Office Managers on other people-related issues. -Other tasks given by general manager.
Qualification Requirements,
-Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resource is preferable. -Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in human resources function, with experience in Recruitment or in multinational company is preferable. -Recruitment and selection expertise and knowledge of competency based interview preferred. -Proficient knowledge on labor laws and regulations. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Proactive, self-motivated, open-minded and teamwork spirit. -Able to work under pressure. -Fluent in English and Chinese.
